Instructions
Copy SystemUI from Your phone and extract it via WinRAR or 7Zip, then what you have to do is find the icon in every folder in which you have to change the color or icon, after finding the icons you can just edit them from paint or any kind of edition software,
"BUT MAKE SURE THE NAME OF THAT ICON REMAINS UNCHANGEDS", thats the key for any editing, make sure name remains unchanged and then u can edit any kind of icon you want to, after edition open the orignal SystemUI.apk in WinRAR and then just drag those edited pics exactly with same name and to the same folder from which you edited to which it existed that time

Instructions -
What You Have To DO is just download an app called xposed framework and install it, then you have to download xBlast app from here and then you have to add the custom text by opening the app, custom text should be blank spaces so that clock shifts to center as you can se in the photo, after doing that if you want to remove icons like battery and signal, follow the steps above and make the battery and signal icons "TRANSPARENT" in color, thus u will get only a center clock after that!!
and then don't forget that
you don't have to change the name of the photo, So then you just have to drag
those photos in SystemUI.apk and then make them replace!
